Soungui Koulamallah formed Soungui Fitness in 2018. With a degree in Fitness and Health Promotion and extensive experience as an athlete, Soungui is a skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate trainer. Soungui played highly competitive basketball for several years and his services reflect the dedication and mindset of an athlete and a professional. Soungui Fitness offers the perfect collision of practicality and science with its passionate approach to health and wellness.

We offer remote fitness sessions, consultations, onsite sessions and much more. In addition to the wealth of knowledge and experience offered, our gym has all the essential facilities for getting in an excellent workout.
